The restaurant Il Mirto e la Rosa was born in June 1987 at the initiative of Antonella Sgrillo and a group of enthusiastic lovers of vegetarian and healthy. Remained faithful to the original for the first seven years after opening its menu with dishes of meat and fish by completing an offer made necessary by the pressing demands of its customers.
