On August 20, 1969 Carmine D'Anastasio, decides to embark on their own business in the restaurant and it is in that moment that begins the story of "The Farm". Detects an old building used for the sale of salt, tobacco and groceries owned by the family Cascini, consisting of three rooms and an old shed and decided to make some changes to start the business from restaurateur. At first indeed, as historians remind customers that still come back to visit, the restaurant had only 3 rooms for seating with a total capacity of about 40 people. Today with the latest changes on the local has about 200 seats inside and another 200 outside seating. The decision to undertake such an activity, mainly due to his experience, all'abiltà in managing relations with the public and the quality of the dishes served only compounds from quality ingredients, soon proved successful. At first, the restaurant located in the hills between Chieti and Pescara was only open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, immediately after the opening was extended to all days of the week except Monday.
