I graduated in Perugia in Agriculture ... my passion is in the field ... in the ground ... in sweat and work that ends at sunset .... why I joined the Consortium of the Wine and Flavours of the Colli di Rimini to convey the passion of all those produttoti niche, and not only of the territory through their products. In my Osteria there are few things that we can offer, but try a few, and excellent choices, croutons make them at the time, simple raw should reflect what you are eating, the meats are of the territory with some other "beast" in addition to cutting board, cheese purely territorial jams and honey, vegetables that given the passion of sottoscrittto come when we make, from our garden, the difference is abysmal ... I invite you to eat our tomatoes this summer ..... homemade desserts. We also soups whose type depends primarily on seasonal vegetables. Wine list with about 150 labels mainly in the area, there are about fifty of the Sangiovese, we also craft beers to those who do not like wine.
