Our pasta and all homemade. Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms 1st choice, pappardelle with wild boar in our area, Strozzapreti flour and water that made the countryside and our specialty. During the autumn and winter you will also find fresh mushrooms, soups and the famous polenta pork butcher. Our soups are the pasta and beans, pasta and chickpeas. With regard to the Second courses are based on a typical Roman cuisine of Lazio as cod, lamb cacciatore, tripe, paiata, pluck, kid cacciatore etc.. also our forte is the embers where most of the meat is cooked. Our meats are local as lambs, Kids, Pigs and Florence, we use cut and other cuts of meat quality as the Danish, the Maremma and the back angus. Vegetables in the summer are almost all of our production as (tomatoes, lettuce, green beans, peppers, eggplant). For sweets, ranging from excellent homemade tiramisu trifle with, the profiteroles, the tufted duck and tarts made with local jams. The pizza is cooked in a wood oven to enhance the flavors of yesteryear.
