Local small and very intimate, in the corner of a small square at the entrance of Torre Pellice, has about 30 seats. All dishes are prepared in a day depending on the season and availability. Nothing that is served frozen or pre-cooked comes from industrial, but worked from fresh throughout the day. Our dough is prepared daily with durum wheat flour and fresh eggs. We cooked according to the tradition of Piedmontese cuisine, but also draw to the cuisine of other Italian regions, especially the Liguria and Tuscany. Very important for us is the greeting: who comes to us is not just a customer, but a visitor who we always like a friend, and as such we treat him. Our wine list includes especially Piedmontese wines and Tuscan. We are affiliated to the a.I.C. (Italian celiac Association), we are entitled to serve food for coeliacs.
