Join us for a WOD against hunger supporting the South Loop Food Pantry and the Greater Chicago Food Depository Saturday, April 5th, 2014 at 9 am. Even if you can't join in the workout you can still donate by purchasing a ticket! The workout will consist of rowing relays and AMRAP ground to overhead (snatches or clean and jerks). We ask each participant to raise a minimum of $20 or 20 food items. You can register by RSVPing to the event on the class calendar. If you would like to donate more than $20 you can sign up in the gym for an additional donation or you can donate through the fundraiser section on the online store.
