Elvis Bar welcomes Billa Qause (B.Q.) and mononome, 2 parts of the independent label Beat quick, along with Old Man Talkin', on April 9th to a night full of sampled based, atmospheric grooves and beats. The entrance is free.
In this occasion Billa Qause will be presenting his new album "Zentai Teki Ni", which translates to "All Around" in Japanese. A project that is mainly based around sounds from the eastern hemisphere such as Japan, China, Pakistan, India, Turkey, Morocco and Australia.
A Hip Hop instrumental album which has been topped off with soulful samples and down tempo beats treated with excess respect for the culture of each civilization.
mononome, based around heavy bass-lines and crunchy, chopped-up drum breaks topped, mainly, with melodic slices of soul, jazz and blues will be behind his sampler presenting older, new, as well as parts of future projects to come.
Old Man Talkin' will be taking over the turntables maneuvering through organic vibes and Trip-Hop to Instrumental Hip Hop and Future Beats.
