Sasja hopes to inspire people through her classes and supports her students by bringing more awareness to the breath, body, mind and soul. Her classes are flowing and powerful, creating meditation in movement by uniting breath and movement.
From an early age on Mareille has been interested in movement and sports, practicing all kinds of sports throughout her life. In 2002 she took her first yoga class which was not love at first sight at all. She found yoga to be very challenging and confronting.
Mareille’s search for freedom took her around the world on many journeys, but it was yoga that taught her that real freedom is something that comes from within.
After completing her Bachelor in Sports and working some years as a Physical Education teacher at different schools, Mareille decided to follow her dream and started her own yoga and massage business. She took part in a 200 hrs teacher training with David Luey in Brasil and studied the magic practices of Yin yoga and Thai yoga massage.
Mareille’s classes are a beautiful fusion of critical alignment, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She loves people and is a very accessible and easy to follow teacher. Known for her sunny personality and outlook on life, Mareille’s classes are joyful for all levels of students.
