Back for the second edition, Pietrasanta Wines copyright - Terre in Italy, an event which has already must for lovers of great wine and Italian wine and food business operators. Sunday 18 and Monday May 19 will be deployed in the inner cloister of St. Augustine in the historic center of Pietrasanta, in the province of Lucca, 70 producers from all over Italy with over 350 wines to discover and enjoy together for a trip Bacco's tastier. Thanks to the careful selection of participants, the work of the organization, they will come from virtually every region to be personally present and talk about their wines and their territories.
Pietrasanta Vini d'Autore will still life in one of the liveliest towns of Versilia, a destination for tourists in the beautiful and the good; a country that boasts a penchant for art, which began with Michelangelo and reached the present day thanks to brands such as Botero and Mitoraj: in fact, precisely in the Church of St. Augustine, until the eve of the event, it will be possible to admire an exhibition dedicated to the Mexican sculptor Gustavo Aceves which will feature his monumental horse, a symbol of life.
Representing the great Italian terroir and an eclectic selection, varied and stimulating the production of excellence in our beautiful country, there will be again this year, with significant new entry, the bubbles of Franciacorta, the great whites of Friuli and Alto Adige, the native Vermentino (from Luni Sardinia), and then Soave Pigato, Fiano di Avellino, Greek di Tufo, Etna Bianco.
For the reds will be very strong patrol of the Langhe in Piedmont Barolo and Barbaresco but also Gattinara, the one with the big Amarone della Valpolicella, and then, again, the big red Lambrusco copyright and south of that will come from Abruzzo Montepulciano from the Salento Puglia, Sicily and Etna Nero d'Avola, to Sardinia Cannonau. In addition, of course, such a nice team coming from miglioriterroir Tuscany.
A special area will be dedicated to gastronomy, animated by true artisans of taste, from which it will be possible to taste and buy their delicious creations.
The event was conceived by the group since 1999, gives form and substance to the online magazine The AcquaBuona (www.acquabuona.it) specializing in information and in the 'deepening eno sull'agroalimentare and quality, told in direct and with undiminished passion. A group who is also the creator and organizer for seven years, Terre di Toscana, that is the most important event dedicated to Italian wine from Tuscany, where every year they participate 130 producers and 3,000 visitors, including journalists, buyers, restaurateurs, wine merchants, distributors, sommeliers and wine enthusiasts.
