SATRIANO - will be held on 25 April to Satriano di Lucania, the second edition of the Festival of the Wild Lucano Apennines organized by the magazine Al Parco in collaboration with the Association of Gardens Melandro and the municipality of Titus, under the auspices of the Department Agriculture in the region of Basilicata.

Lagiornata is completely dedicated to the precious bud that abounds in the hills of Lucania.
On return from, at 13:00 or so, you will consume a full meal at the restaurant La Botte. The menu includes an appetizer with salami and asparagus omelet, noodles with asparagus as the first, the second is a veal escalope with cream of asparagus, side dish fried potatoes and green salad, fresh fruit, soft drinks and coffee. For vegetarians there is a dedicated menu.
After dinner, exclusive, around 16:00 you can visit the archaeological site of Satrianum and make a souvenir photo on the terrace of the Norman Tower. The place is to drive two kilometers from the restaurant, followed by a short walk to the top.
Recommendation for hiking wear hiking shoes, long pants, long sleeve t-shirt, cap. Bring water and t-shirts to spare.
Event green: the Wild Asparagus Festival is an event of Al Green Park. The decision to make a feast in a restaurant is dictated by the need to boycott disposable tableware and limit the waste of food. Trees were planted in Matera to compensate for the CO2 and to support the candidacy of the city of the Sassi in the European Capital of Culture in 2019. Will be used exclusively seasonal products and kilometer zero.
