VICTOR PONS and the LINKS DUO
“Ampere 2.0”

Tickets available at the door, $5

Pons first premiered the solo percussion program comprised entirely of works for vibraphone and live electronics May 2013.

ArtsATL: "Top Artists 30 under 30"

The return of Ampere is in collaboration with the Links Duo.

The highlight of the program is:

The Western Hemisphere Premiere of Sonate en triOhm (a composition for percussion trio and electronics)

Composed by Laurent Durupt, a member of the Links Duo, a piano and percussion group from Paris, France.

Sonate en triOhm will be played by Remi Durupt (the other half of The Links Duo), Paul Stevens a local Atlanta percussionist, and the brains behind the program himself, Victor Pons.

You can also expect one or two solitary works from The Links Duo as well as solo works from Pons.
