Since the brand’s inception last year, Charles Elliot Harbison of Harbison has already been recognized as a designer to watch by two of the industry’s leading voices—Vogue and the New York Times. Using a foundation of “contradictions,” Harbison blurs the lines between femininity and androgyny to produce beautifully constructed collections with refined artistry.

Novis: Union Station, April 25
Jordana Warmflash, the Washington University grad behind Novis, discovered the perfect recipe for whimsical elegance. Playing with unconventional textures and off-kilter prints in classic silhouettes, the emerging designer garnered enough recognition to land her the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Award in 2014.

Blue Bird Apparel: Union Station, April 25
