In this workshop you will learn how your mind was built, what it was designed to do, and how yoga and mindfulness meditation are developed and designed to help you overcome your internal narratives so that you can show up authentically for loving relationships and be happy.
There will be a 75 minute all-level vinyasa flow class followed by a talk on the science of happiness and a Metta Meditation.
