We invite Jack Kerouac School alumni and the poetics community (poets, writers, scholars) to propose panels and individual papers on the topic, "writing/thinking/being." Accepted events will be incorporated into Naropa University's alumni event weekend taking place October 10-12, 2014, in addition to the JKS Conference keynote, reception, book fair, reading, and off-site gatherings.
Please send proposals to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for proposal submission has been extended to April 30, 2014.
1. Email address and biography (100 words max.) for each participant.
2. Panel description (250 words max.), including a title. All panels can have up to five participants (a moderator and up to four participants). Individuals can propose papers (and we will attempt to curate a panel for you).
3. Confirmation that each proposed presenter is willing to participate in the event.
