Acklam Village Market flings opens the village doors to welcome special hosts "Sunday Afternoon Sounds" this May Bank Holiday Sunday. On your doorstep is this hideout of streetfood and music under the skies or under the flyover den where the drinks in the bar flows come rain or shine...Good, wine, craft beers, cocktail favourites Bloody Mary, Mohitos and Pimms and a usual selection of spirits. Perfect hair of the dog day time tipples...
Outside there's a menagerie of the finest, Streetfoods from across the globe, freshly made and prepared for your delectation. Think Vietnam, Burma, Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico, Morrocco to name a few places. No food festival is complete without a Cheeky Burger (try the Jack Daniels jam garnish) or jerk chicken rice & peas and hot salt beef sarnies - thee will be something for everyone.
