Experts, regulators, international and domestic operators, will discuss on topics concerning the next challenges for the airline industry, including the prospected revision of (EC) Regulation No. 261/2004 and related passenger rights protection, airline industry crisis and future developments, during a conference organized by University LUISS Guido Carli and Studio Pierallini.

Studio Pierallini experience in aviation includes, inter alia: representation of domestic and foreign companies engaged in air transport; financial and corporate assistance; Italian labour and regulatory advice; aircraft insurance work; assistance to handling companies; representation of Italian and foreign manufacturers and lenders in connection with the acquisition, disposition and operation of commercial aircraft, including purchase, lease, charter and financing transactions; representation before governmental agencies and the civil aviation authorities, mainly in Italy and EU but also abroad; advising international leasing companies and financiers in their aircraft business in Italy; registration and de-registration of aircraft in Italy.
