In appreciation for your steadfast and loyal support of our organization, Families of the Shield, Inc., we would like to invite you to our up in coming event, The Heart of America and Freedom Tour; a USO style show.

Families of the Shield, Inc., is a nonprofit organization that assists not only law enforcement and their families, all other First Responders, our beloved military and the citizenry of our communities.

Headliner:
The world renowned, Company “B” will be performing a medley of some of the most nostalgic and soulful tunes that are guaranteed to sweep you off your feet with their International Musical Tribute to the legendary, Andrews Sisters of the 1940-50’s.

Also appearing:
A live tribute artist will be performing an award winning rendition of “Minnie the Moocher” originally performed in 1930’s by none other than the legendary Cab Calloway, accompanied by: the “Swingtime Lite” - A Little Big Band - conducted by: Art Martin of the Melbourne Orchestra.

In honor of our beloved veterans of this great country, we cannot think of a better way to honor them, than a salute from a WWII Navajo Code Talker.

It was during the World War II era, that it seemed almost hopeless to come up with a way to communicate with our troops and alias on the battlefield, without the enemy intercepting and deciphering our secret codes. The United States Marines Corp recruited approximately 400 Navajo Indians and it was the Navajo’s own native tongue that created a special code, that remains the “ONLY code to never be broken. The irony of the story, the Navajo was once forbidden by the government to speak their native language, but it was also the same language to that save the entire world.

Tickets are going fast, so don't miss this one in a life time chance to see and greet a WWII United States Marine & Navajo Code Talker; Samuel William Holiday and some of the worlds greatest heroes.
