Jack Hoban served as a US Marine Captain and is a long time practitioner of martial arts. He assisted in the creation of the US Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) and remains subject matter expert (SME) for the program. He is a master instructor in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu under Grand Master Masaaki Hatsumi in Japan. He is also a student of the late Robert Humphrey, a noted conflict resolution specialist. Jack’s approach to teaching martial arts in context of the Ethical Warrior is known world-wide. He has three published books and four videos on martial arts and has written numerous articles for international magazines and military journals on combatives and warrior ethics. Mr. Hoban also holds an MBA and is an executive in the healthcare industry. Jack's latest book is "The Ethical Warrior," on Amazon.
Directions: Take the Garden State Parkway either north or south (depending, of course, on the direction from which you are coming) to exit 98. Go east on Rte. 138 to end. Take Rte. 35 south to third light (BP Station on Corner). Turn left on Warren Avenue. Go through the light on Rte. 71 and over the Railroad tracks. Go through the stop sign and continue to 4th Ave. Turn right on 4th Avenue. Wesley Hall is on the corner of 4th and Mercer Avenue.
