Joining those who eat differently and who moves in an alternative here is the purpose of the first "Ride Mancina", which will cross the countryside of Salento Greece, on Friday, May 2.
It starts from a common reflection: the precarious state of health of the planet and human bodies require, or at least require a change in our lifestyles that passes precisely through a different nutrition and mobility.
The bicycle (means "left-handed" par excellence) will be dedicated to all the "lefties food": diabetics, vegetarians, vegans, intolerant, celiac fruitarians, raw foodists ... so to all those who, by necessity or by choice , they eat differently.
For the participants, including omnivores, will be an opportunity to discover the various ways in which you can decline the food and conviviality respect for others and the environment, to reflect on the fact that people who eat differently is not a type 'left' , but only one person "left-handed"!
Meeting at 9.00 at the station ESF Corigliano d'Otranto (the station is not randomly chosen as a place to start, always in a perspective of sustainable mobility).
