Culinary event "Blue like the fish"

Cesenatico Forlì-Cesena, Italy

From '1 to 4 May 2014 back to the culinary event "Blue like the fish," an opportunity to enjoy the excellent quality of the fish blue Adriatic proposed according to the local maritime tradition.

From 1 to May 4, 2014 Cesenatico hosts the 14th edition of "Blue like the fish," culinary event dedicated to the enhancement of the product "prince" of the local cuisine, or bluefish, and the promotion of quality catering.

For the fifth consecutive year the event will take place not only in the historical site of the Colony Agip but also in the city center, where they will set up points of administration, and you can taste the typical dishes of local seafood at reasonable prices.

In the historic center will host the stands of voluntary associations and fishermen's associations, who will prepare some typical dishes of seafood Romagna, such as kebabs, stir-fry, the cuttlefish with peas and passatelli the fish stock. For the most discerning palates, the Association Chef to Chef, represented by chef Alberto Faccani and Andrea Bartolini, propose more elaborate recipes but always rigorously made with locally caught fish.

The Cologne Agip welcome as always, the chefs of 'A.RI.CE. - Association of Restaurateurs Cesenatico - who will cook delicious dishes, using only fish of the Adriatic, such as sardines, anchovies, anchovy, mackerel or paganelli.

The Fishery Municipal extraordinarily remain open to the public on Sundays.
The port channel Leonardo da Vinci and the streets of the historic center, for all four days, will be enlivened by the colorful stalls of "Mediterranean", the traditional spring fair dedicated to local produce, artisan and food from land and sea.

To confirm the willingness of all those involved in organizing the event - Municipality of Cesenatico, Cesenatico Gesturist Spa, A.RI.CE, Fishermen's Cooperative, Confesercenti Confcommercio - to enhance and promote the local product, was drafted a specification highly detailed fish species that you can market over the course of four days, which does not permit the use by operators, fish import.

The food booths will be open for lunch from Thursday to Sunday dinner (hours: from 11.30 to 15.30 and from 18.00 to 22.00).
