Hector Couto bio:
Hector Couto is a shining example that talent and youth can go hand in hand. Hailing from the ever fertile Tenerife region of Spain, Hector has commanded the respect of the international electronic scene in no time at all. The best example of this being his appearance in Resident Advisor's Top 100 most charted artists of 2011,2012 and 2013.
Couto’s sound has not stopped evolving and growing during his short but successful career, maintaining a personal and unmistakable groove – sleak, well-crafted dancefloor-orientated tracks that are full of energy and irresistable basslines.
It's a sound that has court favour with labels such as Hot Creations and Get Physical, along with releasing music on his own label, Roush. In tandem with his career the popularity of Hector's music has continued its ascent into the upper echelons of success, while his recent partnership with the UK's own house specialist Darius Syrossian proved that he is just as adept at working with others as he is in a solo capacity. The brilliant 'Who's The Douche?' EP demonstrated Hector's ability to produce music that is both catchy, dynamic and firmly rooted in the underground.
Likewise, his skills as a DJ have been proven time and again with storming appearances all over Europe from Egg and Pacha in London, through to Sankeys Ibiza and across the Atlantic in New York, Brazil, S.A. and beyond. On each occasion he treats his performance as a fresh challenge, giving each room great passion, vibe and positive energy that always captivates dancefloors.
The future is in the hands of the next generation, and with youngsters like Hector Couto you can be sure that it's in very safe hands.
Walker & Royce Bio:
"New York City’s Sam Walker & Gavin Royce have been producing their emotive, subdued and groove-heavy deep house for just two years— but almost from the start, they were touted as future stars. Now it’s official, thanks to a certain UK tastemaker— not to mention a string of stellar productions and remixes." -Bruce Tantum: Nightlife Editor, Time Out NY
"Walker & Royce" started when Sam and Gavin, having known each other in and out of the dance scene for years, finally began working together in 2011. As things usually go, it was a bit of luck that got them off the ground: Crosstown Rebels boss Damian Lazarus noticed one of their very first releases, a remix of SAARID's "Future Lately", on Nervous Records. He began playing it in all of his sets and reached out to the duo for more. The result was the Crosstown Rebels EP "You're Not Welcome" and with that, Walker & Royce was launched into the dance music mainstream.
Around the same time, Walker & Royce released a track on an OFF Recordings compilation that started as a sleeper but went on to become a house anthem: "Connected". The song quickly became a mainstay in Solomun's performances. This and subsequent releases, such as those on Moda Black and Pets Recordings, have set the stage for a diverse range of sounds from the pair.
Since then, Walker & Royce's music has been supported by Sasha, Maceo Plex, Pete Tong, Catz N Dogz, Danny Daze, Tensnake, Jaymo & Andy George, Maxxi Soundsystem, Hector Romero, Jozif, Kolombo, Treasure Fingers, and Waifs & Strays, to name a few.
They say that strength comes in numbers - and two is certainly mighty when it comes to dynamic duo Him_self_Her.
Hailing from Leicester in the UK, the astute combination of Claire and Leon came together after honing individual skills for many years on their local scene. All that it took was one studio session to realise the potency of their union; and what a union it is.
Infusing all genres of underground house, from deep grooves, to driving tech - right through to disco enhanced techno, they love to play with bold house vocals, be it through well sourced samples or self penned hits.
And those hits are what have sent them stratospheric.
Best known for their release 'Gone Too Long' on Cream Couture records in 2012, the track spent 11 weeks at no1 in the Beatport New Disco chart, and spent a mind blowing 7 months in the top 10.
Support came from the likes of Pete Tong, who billed it as his 'Essential New Tune' and Jamie Jones, who played it in his Hot Creations closing set at DC10. The track was soon picked up by Damian Lazarus, who has since signed the pair to Crosstown Rebels.
Big things are set to come with their signing, with a track not too far in the distance featuring a stellar remix. An album is also planned later in the year, as well as a re-release remix package of 'Gone Too Long'.
In the mean time their studio has been kept busy with releases for Eskimo, Love Matters, Runnin' Wild, Love Not Money and Circle Records - all achieving Beatport charting and peer respect from the likes of Pete Tong, Hot Since 82, Solomun, H.O.S.H, Lee Foss, Jamie Jones and Sandy Rivera.
The Him_self_Her tour schedule is also ever increasing, with gigs passed in cities across the globe, including Russia, Romania, Denmark, Belgium and Germany. Looking forward they have secured bookings across the UK and Ireland, as well as Berlin, Switzerland and Ibiza.
Him_self_Her...house music with feeling.

SAYTEK (live) Bio:
As one of the UK's most exciting acts, Saytek has carved out a unique position for himself over the
last few years. Having built a reputation for innovative, improvised hardware heavy live sets that
span the house and techno spectrum he is now widely regarded as one of the nation's very best live performers.
expertise and confidence in using hardware to create totally original tracks right before the
audience's eyes creates the perfect blend of entertainment and unpredictability. Merely watching
him build his live set via an impressive array of hardware including his trusty Roland MC909,Maschine Mikro, a Kaos Pad 3, Pioneer's RMX1000, the Akai APC 40 and a DJ mixer is a joy to behold. Performing with all of these instruments through Ableton has now become second nature,
meaning every twist and turn is controlled effortlessly, creating a dynamic experience for all
Saytek, real name Joseph Keevill, melds a variety of styles mainly influenced by Detroit and Chicago; house, techno, those deep cutting edge sounds that still resonate with so many people today – though, being a Londoner, there's a distinctly British flavour that permeates throughout his
music. It's an authentic sound that emanates a timeless quality, echoes of the past are evident, yet the future can be heard just as clearly in Saytek's work. Years of experience in the clubs of England's capital city, both as a performer and a partygoer, have informed his output and fuelled a recording career that has lasted over 10 years. He built his name at one of London's most legendary
contemporary clubs, The End, alongside regular stints with Ibiza's seminal Zoo Project. In the last year alone he's had release with some of the industry's most respected labels such as My Favorite Robot, Soma, Monique Musique, Lucid Flow, Love Not Money and Wiggle to name but a few.
Keen supporters of his music include Carl Cox, Seth Troxler, Richie Hawtin, Luciano, Danny
Tenaglia, John Digweed, Steve Lawler, Claude Von Stroke, DJ Sneak, Dubfire, Derrick May,
Laurent Garnier and Nic Fanciulli.
On top of his regular flow of singles and EPs, Saytek's
series of live albums, initially released via
Zoo's own label and, more recently, through his own Cubism imprint have further bolstered his reputation for innovative projects. The most recent, Live On Cubism II, is a diverse yet cohesive composition which combines flecks of acid with tough analogue Detroit flavours and irresistible bumping Chicago grooves. It picked up the Album Of The Month accolade in dance music bible
Mixmag, as well as receiving plaudits from across the board, much like his previous efforts.
A solid reputation means Saytek has a constant tour schedule and an ever growing list of live performances, which includes gigs at many of the world's best-known and most respected clubs, including fabric in London and Space in Ibiza. With each performance it's as though you're
watching him in action for the very first time, the passion, energy and dedication to his craft is admirable and representative of a man who sincerely loves the music he creates and performs. This is not a jaded old performer doing it for the cash, but an artist who would put the same amount of effort into a headline festival performance as he would into a 200-capacity show.
It's taken a little over 10 years to get here, but Saytek's current position as one of the UK's foremost
live performers is an accolade he's overjoyed to be in possession and, as a result, his work ethic
continues to be at an all-time high while his lust for the music is unerring. With a successful 2013
behind him, the coming years are no doubt going to reap even more rewards as his live show
continues to evolve and his music gets better and better...
