We are raising funds for a little boy of just 6 years old who have been diagnosed with terminal cancer. All funds raised will be going directly to Joshua and his family.

TIME: 7pm to midnight
EVENT: Three course dinner and Auction
COST: Tickets are $60 per head
DRESS: To Impress
To purchase tickets please Private Message Charlotte Ross - there are only 250 tickets available so make sure you get in quick so you don't miss out. This is going to be a night not to be missed.
Tables are of 10 people and I ask that funds are made available no more than 5 days after booking the tickets as we need to pay for the venue prior to the event and ensure that all tickets are paid for. Tickets will be available in the coming days for collection during business hours from Wheelers Hill, after hours from Ferntree Gully or can be dropped off if you live in the dandenong rangers or surrounding South East suburbs.
The event will have entertainment, Auctions (both silent and verbal) and other fun activities.
All auction items can either be paid for in cash or a direct funds transfer on the night. All items must be paid for on the night so please ensure you make prior arrangements for this.
Please be advised this is a adults events as our aim is to make as much funds available from the event to the Schwarz family.
Should you have any items you would like to donate to the night, please PM Charlotte Ross.
Also, we are in need of the following things should anyone be able to assist:
Decorations - ie Balloons for the entrance and room
Printing - of the auction lists, silent auction sheets and supporter booklets
Should you not be able to attend but would like to buy a vitual ticket, these will also be available for purchase at the cost of $60 each and other nominal donations can also be made.
