RIVER DAYS SPRING FEST
BERKELEY SPRINGS WV
MAY 1-4 2014
A Music and Arts festival focusing on some of the regions best acoustic music and more. Featuring 2 full days and nights of live music, a Pre-Party Jam on Thursday, an All Star Jam Saturday, and an Acoustic River Jam Party on Sunday, to enjoy a full day of pickin with friends and havin fun on the river! Bring your fishin poles, grills, boats, and most importantly, your instruments!
We will also feature many other attractions such as canoe rentals, river shuttles, live art projects, workshops, puppet shows, New Orleans style parades, hulu hoopers, dancers, fire performers and much much more! Come prepared for a full weekend of fun brought to you with love by Sleepy Creek Campground on the Potomac!
The festival will feature many local and regional vendors with a full line of hand picked arts and crafts vendors, as well as top notch food and beverage vendors. Each vendor will have something special to offer!
River & Trail Outfitters will be there handling boat rentals and shuttles. They will provide you with everything you need to have fun on the river! This will allow you to be safely transported up river, drop in, and float back to the campground all for a great price! Canoes and Kayaks will be available! Check em out at
Car and Tent Camping will be available starting closest to the stage at a first come first serve basis. Get there early to reserve the best spot.
RV Camping is also available but with no hookups. We will allow small quite generators but please be respectful.
There will also be a Family Camp adjacent to the playground and an additional Quite Family Camp that will be further from the stage. And don't forget! KIDS 12 & UNDER GET IN FREE!!!
We also offer a full Kids Area complete with a huge playground and pavilion for the parents to mingle! There will be plenty of activities for the wee ones!

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!
The campground is 50+ acres bordered by the railroad, the river, and the creek. The campground does have restricted areas that are not to be trespassed upon during the event. In addition there are yearly residents that own lots in certain sections of the campground. Please do not trespass on these lots. There will be signs directing you at all times.
There will be two designated areas for river and creek access. Please use only the areas designated. Feel free to swim, fish, float, boat, etc. at your own risk! There will be available drop in points up river for canoeing, kayaking, and rafting. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! Please obey all rules and regulations! Maryland owns the river and Park Rangers patrol at all times.

Please be friendly and respective at all times. Bad attitudes and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated!
This will be a FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT! So bring your kids. Bring your parents. Bring your friends. And bring yourself!!!
Pets will be allowed for an extra fee but must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times! NO EXCEPTIONS!

From Interstate 70 near Hancock MD take US 522 South Exit 1b. Go approx 1mile and cross the Potomac River Bridge then take a left on River Road. Follow River Road for 6 miles. The Campground will be on your left. LOOK FOR SIGNS!
From Interstate 81 near Martinsburg WV take Exit 16W Rt. 9 towards Hedgesville/Berkely Springs. Go approx 12.5 miles and take a right on River Road. Follow River Road for 4 miles. The Campground will be on your right. LOOK FOR SIGNS!
From Berkeley Springs WV take 522 North out of town towards Hancock for 4-5 miles. Make a right on River Road before the Potomac River Bridge. Go 6 miles. Campground will be on the left. LOOK FOR SIGNS!
