Come and join a fun, dynamic exercise class that will help you achieve a lean, toned, and strong physique for the summer and for LIFE! These workouts combine all of the most effective strength training and cardio techniques such as super sets, combo lifting, high intensity interval training, tabata protocol, etc. to help you build more strength, endurance, stamina, power, and speed. These workouts will completely change your body in so many positive ways!
Expect every workout to be different, too! You'll be constantly challenging your body with different exercises to help keep your muscle's challenged!
All fitness levels are welcome! If you are a beginner or advanced, every routine cn be tailored to your level and needs.
When: May 5th-July 21st ( there will not be class May 17th)
Times: Monday & Thurs 5:30-6:30PM, Saturdays 9:30-10:30am
Where: MCLA Dance Complex
****NOTE*** Starting June 7th, class will Outside at NOEL FIELD ON SATURDAY MORNINGS, ( it's too nice out to not take advantage of fitness class outside in the morning!) If there is rain class will be in the MCLA Dance Complex*
1 day a week: $100
2 days a week $150
3 days a week $200
( due the first day of class, if you write a check make it out to Beth Piantoni)
Equipment needed : 1 MAT and 1 set of Free Weights
