Vito Mannarini plays guitar since he was 7 years old, graduated in classical guitar in 2008 at the “Conservatory of music” in Bari with M° Nando Dimodugno. He studied with different teachers and he won various International musical competition in Roma, Taranto,Pescara.
In 2009 he played for the “Teatro dell’Opera” in Rome, performing Verdi’s “Otello” under the direction of M° Riccardo Muti .
He also collaborated with theatre director Stefano Dilauro for different performance in the area of experimental theatre and composing soundtrack for an audiobook of the same author.
He’s interested in jazz music as well, with two bands : “Olivoil Jazz Band” and “Two Hot Daltonics” , and in May 2013 he was guest for the Italian Embassy in Dar Es Salaam (Tanzania) and played for a charity concert.
He’s active in promoting tipical Italian music in the world with the plectrum quartet “Hathor Plectrum Quartet”. In October 2012 he was in tour in Central-America (Guatemala , El Salvador) , in November 2013 he played in Lusaka (Zambia) as guest for the Italian Embassy.
He also loves rock music and from the moment he had an electric guitar he played in different bands and in summer 2014 is awaited his last work with the band “SantaMuerte” for the Italian record label “Miacameretta records”
Last but not least musical project is “Desde el alma” formed by guitar and two female voices which explore traditional Argentinian Tango.
In 2014 he’s awaited in Argentina, Greece , Spain , Malta and Germany.
