The "City of Water" celebrates the Pecorino Romano Latium and the typical products of Tuscia. On 10 and 11 May Nepi, the beautiful center between Rome and Viterbo leading name in the signs of his ancestral link with this element of nature (Nepa in Etruscan means water) is organizing the eleventh edition of a festival that highlights not only the good kitchen, but all the typical characteristics of an area rich in history.
