We will have
Morning Yoga Session, breathing and meditation
all focused on enhancing digestive health
and our manipura chakra
(manipura chakra –all that which we digest in life )
EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE YOGA BEFORE THIS A BEAUTIFUL SESSION, EASY TO FOLLOW THAT ANYONE CAN DO AND BENEFIT FROM
(you can also learn some useful exercises that you can do at home to improve your digestion and help with any constipation problems)
