A series of 3 movement, mindfulness based meditation sessions facilitated by Natasha Patten , followed by a two course cooking school led by expert Head Chef Nathan Rumble.
Practice Yoga and guided meditation overlooking the stunning and tranquil harbour views upstairs in the function room.
Nathan Rumble, Head Chef, The Yacht Club Mooloolba will lead you through a cooking class... where you can cook, eat and laugh.
