Students are encouraged to bring a journal. A copy of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the Sri Swami Satchidananda highly translation is suggested but not required.
About The Teacher:
ML Maitreyi discovered Yoga 19 years ago while she was living in New York City. Amazed by the sense of peace and well-being she felt after taking her very first Yoga class, she was hooked. In 2005, ML moved to Sacramento and began her journey as a teacher. She is a graduate of San Francisco's Integral Yoga Institute. Her Sanskrit name, Maitreyi (My-tray-ee), translates into "Friendly".
