The Health GAP Global Health Justice Awards are happening on Tuesday, June 3rd, at 6:30 p.m. at Judson Memorial Church, NYC
Every year, the Global Health Justice Awards brings together hundreds of people living with HIV/AIDS, advocates and allies for a celebration to honor activists whose work has saved lives in the fight for global health justice. This year, we're recognizing the work of Yale Law Professor and Universities Allied for Essential Medicines co-founder Amy Kapczynski, AIDS Activist and Owner of Alouette, Inc., T. Richard Corcoran, and Health GAP co-founder, co-founder of the Thai Treatment Action Group and staffer at the Treatment Action Group, Karyn Kaplan. We're also presenting the inaugural Next Generation Award to Ben Wikler, the radio host of the Good Fight and co-founder of the Student Global AIDS Campaign in 2001.
