The bread as the protagonist of taste and tradition: seven bakeries present, many more varieties produced and marketed on a daily basis beyond the municipal boundaries. From moddixina to know about civraxiu, to know lada pillunca to know, through the precious coccoi of durum and bread flavored with olives or cheese. Every year Gonnosfanadiga, a member of the National Association of City Bread, organizes the "Festival of Bread gonnese typical" essential event where knowledge and tastes come together in a tasty experience. Conferences, exhibitions, workshops and sensory exhibition stands, wine tasting, folklore are in fact only some of the elements that characterize the event. One of the undisputed progonisti is the yeast. The festival will be held from May 31 to June 1, 2014 in Gonnosfanadiga, a small town in the province of Medio Campidano, in the beautiful island of Sardinia.
