Queen’s University Belfast is hosting a free public meeting about dementia on 27 May 2014. The meeting will take place at the MAC in St Anne’s Square and has been organised by researchers in the Alzheimer’s Research UK Northern Ireland Research Network. The speakers include a scientist currently researching new diagnostic techniques for Alzheimer’s disease and a clinician who is experienced in working with people with dementia.
There will also be the opportunity for members of the public to ask the panel any questions in a relaxed and informal environment.
The event takes place from 6.30-8pm at the MAC in St Anne’s Square, and there is no need to book. Refreshments will also be provided.
