Extradition is a relatively new area of work and is becoming increasingly more common with socio economic migration throughout Europe. This discussion will look at the extradition process from the client’s detention through to the Court process including bars to extradition in the context of the detained persons Human Rights.
Speaker: David Heraghty BL – David joined the Bar of NI in 2003 transferring from Tooks Chambers in London where he worked alongside Michael Mansfield QC. David has an extensive practice in Criminal Law, Judicial Review and Extradition.
