Join Monique and Yogi Tree for a four-week program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and mental skills training. Boot Camp is designed similar to vigorous military style exercise with a focus on discipline and improving your physical and mental well being for a more balanced and healthier life. Participants are expected to arrive on time. Exercises will include yoga stretches, push-ups, crunches, short distance running, jumping rope, calisthenics, mat Pilates, meditation and more… You will make dramatic improvements in your physical and mental attitude in regards to exercise. You will also be a part of a team of great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. Participants are requested to bring a beach towel or exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights (3-8lbs.), jump rope, and a sense of adventure.
You will acquire vitality, relaxation techniques, fitness and health education, new friendships, and a new attitude and body that will make you proud to be YOU.

We understand emergencies come up, but we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, you may not be entitled to a refund.
