Our bodies are constantly changing, and as such our physical practices must change with them. Viveka Yoga, or the yoga of discernment, uses embodied intuition to develop a practice of making choices that are good for you in the present moment.
Explore how to use intuitive biofeedback to discover the movements that are best for you in a given moment. With range of motion testing, you’ll learn how to listen to what your body needs, leading to healing and personal transformation.
This workshop will include a combination of theory and physical practice, and will be appropriate for all levels. Beginners are welcome!
