Part 1 - You will learn a series of carefully designed Bioenergetic Alchemy™ exercises and postures (similar to Yoga or Tai Chi) where we will release fear and tension from our body to re-experience our natural state, what the Kalahari Bushmen call, "The Big Love". (Various spiritual teachings, such as A Course in Miracles, say that there are only two fundamental emotions: love and fear. And for the body, this is true. If we release shock & fear from the body, we can have an experience of the body in its natural, pre-personal state, before the personality was created.)

The Kalahari Bushmen call this natural state, the BIG LOVE.

We then continue with our Solstice Sound Healing Ceremony with live music from Ravi Ji and Seth where you are invited to just relax and enjoy the sounds of the Kora(African harp), Kalimba, Gongs and Crystal Singing Bowls. (I'm sure there will also be some group singing at some point as well.)

This will be a very deep and lasting Sound Healing Ceremony, tuning the body-mind system to the greatest possible resonance of effortless relaxation.

After learning the Bioenergetic Alchemy™ exercises, the body is ready to just lay down, relax and receive sound in a fresh new way. Allowing the sounds to move through the nervous system, opening, clearing and recharging the whole body-mind system. This can trigger a state of deep effortless meditation, in which we begin to relinquish control of the mind, it's judgements, and continuous chatter and allow and let go into Is-ness, the whole system is reset to its natural state.

Things to bring:
1) Bottle of water & Yoga mat
2) Loose comfortable clothing suitable for yoga.

Created and facilitated by Bioenergetic Alchemy™ founder, Seth Newman with live music from Ravi Ji.

Seth has over 20 years experience in body/mind therapies. He is a body therapist, Art of Being© teacher, Trance Dance facilitator and graduate of the Humanistic Alchemy facilitator training. He brings a wealth of experience holding heart centred spaces.

The Big LOVE Experience™

Feedback for Seths work:
"It's a rare thing to find a therapist who can create a safe enough space in which the body releases its trauma. Seth is one of those rarities. Seth is a rigorous and talented coach when it comes to releasing trauma in the body. As a psychologist specialising in trauma, I would gladly refer my clients to Seth's workshops." - Dr. Geoff Warburton

"It would take more than a few sentences to describe how rich this experience was. Seth weaves a magical environment to help cease the frantic activity of the mind and to sink into the depths of the soul. I loved the way Seth created a safe space to discharge the stress in the body and to free the soul to dance."

"A truly awesome experience. A wonderful and safe space to learn and experience Bioenergetic Alchemy. Thanks again Seth for your guidance and support"

"Transformative and blissful with gentle loving holding by Seth."
