▬ JANINA ▬
After dropping out school and having bought her first turntables in her early years, Janina built a deep knowledge of electronic music and developed a keen interest in vinyls, while working at the Berlin renowned DNS Record Store. Lively and full of curiosity, it was obvious to Janina that she will dedicate her time and energy to music when she discovered the BeatStreet parties and got her first Perlon Records as presents.
She has first been acknowledged for her active residency at the needs-no-introduction Club der Visionäre. She developed over the time a impressive sharp ear, peerless technical skills, an asserted signature, despite continuously evolving music tastes.
First gig at Club der Visionäre at the age of 18, where she is since then a resident, Janina performed at the most legendary nightclubs of european capitals, with ears and eyes wide open to the crowd. She now plays regular sets for Klubnacht parties @ Panorama Bar, and got well-known for her endless sets at Ibiza Underground, Ushuaia, Macarena Club, Rex Club, Watergate, Arena Club, Monasterio and Katapult Parisian parties. While sharing the decks with Fumiya Tanaka, Sonja Moonear, Margaret Dygas, Thomas Melchior, Cassy, Luciano, Carl Craig and other artists around the world, she is now playing twice a month as a resident of Monasterio Club in Moscow, one of the capital’s major nightclub.
Passionate, creative and constantly willing to improve the electronic landscape, Janina is now focusing on her techno project, under the puzzling name of: JSR
Having drawn unlimited inspiration from Underground Resistance pioneers, to legend Robert Hood, Cari Lekebush or Tresor’s techno scene, she likes to drive up the ideas further. Rumour had it that there might be a record label behind Janina’s darkened alter ego.
▬ FERNANDO COSTANTINI ▬
It took Fernando Costantini quite some time to understand electronic music, to grasp the chemistry between the surrounding sounds and the basslines. During numerous adventures in Europe, where he witnessed tons of parties and festivals, he got inspired by a large number of deejay sets.
These events pushed Fernando to take part into electronic music and deejaying as well. Due to his short period in the Hip Hop scene, Fernando has the tendency to build up his music with mechanical, industrial sounds. The biggest inspiration for his productions though he got by the sweet ambience, the delightful human contact and the fine relationships during his travel experiences.
Each artist draws his influence ... and sometimes it only takes one night for all this change ... tINI played an important role in the musical influence, giving a sense on every sounds and every atmosphere.
We also want to point out the polite symphony remix that came out on Dana Ruh & Anthea's label Brouqade supported by big names.
Fernando plays a big part towards the label releasing and djing for the Brouqade crew.
As well as being fond of fond of local productions made by his friends. For him music needs to be shared!
▬ THYS & TWIST ▬
Coming from very different backgrounds, Twist it and Raph just met 2 years ago. A few months later, they decided to join forces, combining the deep techno and house background from raph to the twist it dancefloor science. Resident dj's of the infamous Opus parties, they are now sharing their vision of the groove in mytical venues like Café d'Anvers or the prestigious Fuse club.
