The program Media _art@PINTA has come to its second edition. It aims to insert reference works of media art by artists born in latin america, within private and institutional collections. This specialized profile makes us a unique organization within the sphere of contemporary art, since it is the first time that a commercial fair attempts to put a light on this scarcely known chapter of latin american art's historiography. For this edition, we selected one of the most radicals creators of the 21st century, the Brazilian artist Eduardo Kac, whose work seeks to invent new forms of art. The display presented is titled Eduardo Kac "Early Media Works". As this title indicates, it consists of a selection of works produced during the 80s and previously unpublished for most of them.
