VIP Dinner at the Dutch Raw Food Festival

After the main event with market, workshops and speakers is over, you have the chance to end the Festival in style by sitting back and being served a beautiful gourmet raw food dinner, in Langerlust's Rozenzaal.

Matt Monarch and the other mainstage speakers will be attending and we are bringing Internationally renowned Rawfood Chef Boris Lauser. His pop up restaurant in Berlin and retreats in Bali and Thailand have left a trail of delighted and satisfied eaters!

This is the first year we offer such a dinner at the Festival and we are excited to share this delicious four course menu:

Boris Lauser is one of Europe's most known raw food chefs. Boris has been trained at The Tree of Life in Arizona as well as the Matthew Kenney Academy, the world's only culinary raw food academy, after quitting his former position as information management expert at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

In 2009, he founded his company b.alive! in Berlin, his home base, where he runs a bi-monthly gourmet supper club and teaches a wide range of raw food courses. Internationally, Boris has catered numerous small and large events, including the Raw Life Festival in Sweden or the Quantum Medicine conference in Reims, France, has been booked for cooking shows, press events and hired for restaurant and hotel consultations, menu development and chef training.

If you like even more excitement, you can experience Boris's teachings and fine food during his one week long retreats in exotic locations like Bali (his most comprehensive certified seminar) as well as Thailand (yoga and raw food) and this summer also in Turkey and Austria. Currently, Boris is writing his first book to be published in January 2015.
