Part 1--Belly Rolls & Flutters: This portion of the class will focus on learning how to manipulate the abdominals. Train your abs to do what you want them to! You will learn the secret of first isolating and then contracting the belly muscles, which will lead to belly rolls and flutters and perhaps to flip coins and dollar bills. This class will also include an introduction to rolling quarters and dollar bills.
Part 2--Talking Zills (A Capela Zills): Use your own musical accompaniment with Zills using different strikes, sounds and patterns. Use it for solos or troupe routines. Please bring your own finger cymbals.
