This is gonna a whole of info, and a whole lot of fun! Let Vanessa mix the perfect cocktail for you! Hope to see you there!
As always, it is a good idea to bring a notebook & pen to class so you can jot down the important concepts. Additionally, Las Vegas is a desert. It's important to stay hydrated, so make sure you have water. Dress comfortably and avoid wearing loud hip scarves with coins out of respect for the others in the room. Yoga pants, tank tops/tee shirts, and quiet hip scarves are appropriate. Be prepared to have fun.
