This month our regular wine-tasting with dinner at Restaurant L'Ozio Amsterdam is all about the region Puglia. Valeria Lozito, a passionate importer from Bari, is bringing her best wines and products for us to enjoy. And the world-famous hand-make semolina pasta with "cime di rapa" greens will steal the show.
We will taste at least four wines made with the greatest grapes of the region (but the more, the merrier, if there are more than 10 people we will open more sorts): a white "blanc de noir" Nero di Troia, Primitivo, Negramaro, perhaps Aleatico.
