Come underground for the June installment of GET LIT, where we'll convene at Kings Cross NYC to talk crime fiction with Antonia Hodgson, author of the chilling historical fiction work The Devil in the Marshalsea, and Jonathan Santlofer, who runs the Crime Fiction Academy at the Center for Fiction.
ANTONIA HODGSON is the editor in chief of Little, Brown UK. She lives in London and can see the last fragments of the old city wall from her living room. The Devil in the Marshalsea is her first novel.
JONATHAN SANTLOFER is the author of five best-selling novels, The Death Artist, Color Blind, The Killing Art, Anatomy of Fear, and The Murder Notebook. He is coeditor, contributor, and illustrator of the anthologies The Dark End of the Street and LA Noire: The Collected Stories. Also a well-known artist, Santlofer’s artwork is in such collections as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Newark Museum, Norton Simon Museum, and Tokyo’s Institute of Contemporary Art.
