✱ THE INVITATION ✱
At festival time Ängsbacka’s garden is a magic dreamland where children run freely and play, where people drum, dance and hug, enjoy nourishing vegetarian food on blankets in the grass and have heartful and mindful conversations. Bring your longing, your curiosity, your passion and your vulnerability and join us for this adventure of the heart.
✱ PROGRAM ✱
The festival program is a rich variety of intense and still, inspiring and co-creative, deep and playful. International top-class workshop leaders and musicians will share their gift - covering seven main themes:
☼ Celebration – dance & music
☼ Inner Stillness – meditation & satsang
☼ Conscious Relationship – to self, others & world
☼ All Generations – children, family & play
☼ Earth Prayer – shamanism & nature
☼ Deep Healing – body, soul & transformation
☼ Boundless Creativity – share your gifts
Some of these themes may manifest physically, like a small village, in a tent, room or treetop cabin (anything can happen!) While others move their energy into various workshop spaces at Ängsbacka, or through the gardens.

✱ CHILDREN ✱
Celebrate Life! welcomes everyone of all ages. There will be daily activities for children and support for their care-givers to attend workshops and enjoy some free-time.
✱ EVENTS ✱
In addition to offering traditional workshops, a variety of events and creative happenings will take place throughout the festival. Some of these include the Firewalk Ritual, Sweatlodge, and the Shake Your Buddha Nightclub. There are many possibilities and we invite you to experience the many flavors of Celebrate Life!
✱ ABOUT ÄNGSBACKA ✱
Since Ängsbacka’s creation in 1996, thousands of people have come here to experience a sense of belonging. They have found a deeper connection with their own heart and each other, enjoying greater presence and surrendering into transformational practices of body, mind and spirit. Sometimes this includes having to face fear, sadness and anger. Other times this involves expressing our joy, passion and gratitude. By embracing all that we are, we can experience the fullness and variety of life.
