Planetman & The Internationalz – reggae, ska, afrobeat and d&b experience!

“ Planetman, whose band The Internationalz blend highlife guitars and reggae with earnest folk and brightly soulful vocals. The sounds are varied yet simply catchy; the spirit is infectiously upbeat.” Metro

Little Blue Ball founder and host, Planetman and his band The Internationalz come with a message to express and a mission to embark upon. To promote love & unity amongst all, while blending elements of Reggae, Afrofunk, Rock and D&B into their own distinctive style.

East-London’s cult band and members of the Passing Clouds Collective, they formed in summer 2001 and have played at the country's biggest festivals including Glastonbury Festival, Notting Hill Carnival, Big Chill, Secret Garden Party, Sunrise Festival, to name a few. They also performed internationally in Portugal, France, Hungary, Holland, Thailand, Tanzania, Scotland and Ireland.

Colomboloco – Italian gypsy madness!

Colomboloco are five astonishingly talented, enthusiastic musicians from Italy and Spain whose styles blend together to create a powerful and uplifting sound that is guaranteed to electrify a room and get everyone on the dance floor.

The sound originates from the musicians’ classical music background combined with the joyous beats of genres as diverse as Spanish, Italian, Gypsy and Ska music.

Colomboloco provides a highly theatrical show in which the audience feels connected to the performance in a creative and intimate way, and an integral part of the experience.

...be ready to be entertained by Colomboloco with a performance that will go beyond music!

Boom shakalaka boom!!

Los Hermanos Arias - real Vallenato And Cumbia From Colombia.

José Hernando Arias Noguera yep thats me 21 year Vallenato and Cumbia accordion player, born in London, of Colombian descent, and my sister Laura Ines Arias Noguera also has the music and the dance in her veins. she's 16 years old an awesome singer she sings a variety of genres and styles she's also a percussionist, (the guiro which is the scraper) is what she's plays.

Growing up with my parents with the Colombian vibe, I fell in love with Vallenato and Cumbia, the popular folk style from the Caribbean coast of Colombia which I learnt through watching clips on Youtube and video cassettes my father brought back from Colombia.

I play in a number of Vallenato and Cumbia folk bands in London and I'm also the musical director of (LOS HERMANOS ARIAS), a London based multi-cultural band celebrating the Vallenato and Cumbia tradition.

I was chosen as the third protégé in the BBC World Routes Academy 2012. It was a wonderful experience and thanks to the BBC team I had the opportunity to participate in Colombia’s legendary festival of Vallenato music, The Vallenato Festival in Valledupar. I Still dream of being crowned the King of Vallenato one day. The category I participated in is semi-professional category. I have recently started a Music Performance & Recording Degree at University of West London, and I'm really enjoying it.

Martin The Poet – Master wordsmith in action!! Lyrical wizardry from this Dalston legend!!

Future Swing Stories -

Launching their latest single “Jazz London” on the night, this crew is playing some of the best Electro-Swing around!

Future Swing Stories is a London based collective of Producers, Dj's & Promoters.
Their sound merges a forgotten era of Swing, Jazz, dixieland, new Orleans with the contemporary sound of Big band breaks & bad boy bass.
Their music, although very important to the "electro swing" movement, borrows heavily from old school hiphop breaks, Nu-school bass lines, dusty drum loops and swing era samples. arriving at a sound that quenches even the most discerning of the dance music generations thirst.

Some people call it 'Electroswing' We prefer 'GhettoSwing'

Meet gramophonabilism....
Producers/turntabilists, Jinjah bless, Mr Watts & Father of Cain (of ex-dmc fame) orchestrate the three turntables & abelton, mixing, scratching, mending and blending up the sound in a true yesterYEAH!! style.

Future Swing Stories have created their own unique position in the interplanetary plane of music and urge you to prepare yourselves folks, for their bass-ready remixes and un-coupled fancy-dance shenanigans will literally blow your socks off!
