In the splendid setting of the old village of Saint Rhémy en Bosses on July 13 is back for the second time Jambon Day: a whole day dedicated to the VDA Jambon de Bosses DOP. The VDA Jambon de Bosses DOP is one of the emblems of the Valle d'Aosta gastronomy and, after the success of the first edition it was decided to replicate an entire day designed to raise awareness of the King of the Raw. This is a handmade product arrived with ancient origins to the present day with the improvements offered by technology, but without substantial variations and only thanks to the passion of the small community of Saint Rhémy en Bosses. This opportunity will be open to the public the ham that has its headquarters in the old town and can be visited throughout the whole of the day deadline. It 'also provided a free shuttle service from the parking lot specially crafted. The day will be full of events, from meetings of salting and smearing those cutting and boning knife to wine tastings.
