From Val di Fiemme in Primiero, through the Val di Fassa, three mountain valleys where agriculture and tourism have created a balance that results in an excellent blend of nature and taste.

Stages of this sensory journey about 90 companies - including manufacturers, restaurants, cottages, hotels, B & Bs, shops, wine bars - that are committed to enhancing dairy products and other small and large local flavors.

The rich dairy production is characterized by artisanal cheeses and high quality - as Puzzone Moena DOP, Caprino di Cavalese, the range of Cher and Tosèla Primiero - that encapsulate the flavors of the pastures in which they are giving birth to milk something unique and special. Cheeses that meet the scent of meats, sausages, honey, beer, small fruits, brandies in recipes that combine tradition and innovation.

Several experiences to live in August along this journey of taste, thanks to the numerous initiatives to find products known and goodies of these alpine areas, with a focus on the theme of the alps.

For several years, a review of driving enthusiasts and curious to discover the Botìro Primiero Malga with a range of culinary delights to be enjoyed in huts, Farms, restaurants, wine bars and hotels from Passo Rolle to Vanoi Valley, passing through San Martino Valle Primiero.
