Praise the Polenta

Veneto in the Table, in collaboration with the Pro Loco di San Biagio di Callalta and with the patronage of the Municipality of San Biagio di Callalta, organizes the event "PRAISE THE Polenta", which will take place in the square Tobagi S. Biagio di Callalta TV On 29 and 30 November 2014 A weekend to discover the history and the quality of the food more than a thousand identifier of the peasant culture of the Veneto. Will be an exhibition with the best meal of northern Italy "Polente of Italy", to discover the main organoleptic and culinary. The market "Polenta & Company" to find flour polenta, corn-derived products, and food to match with the polenta (cheese, salami, mushrooms, sauces etc..), And much more. Friday 28th and Saturday 29th, themed "Polenta dish for a King", at restaurants Da Silvano Da Procida and "Faloppa." They will be active on Saturday and Sunday, some areas of dining, where you can sample traditional Venetian dishes, combined with the "true" Venetian polenta (Maranello and Biancoperla at all) but also in Trentino, Friuli, Lombardy.
