The project "A Grand Tour in Irpinia over six centuries of history, traditions, food and wine" is in its fourth stage that will take place in Salza Irpinia, Saturday, Oct. 4, at 19.30 in Piazza Michele Capozzi. The municipality of the province of Avellino, who stands at the center of the Valle del Sabato, long famous for its artisans shoemakers very durable, ideal for the hard work in the fields, will be the new location of the event roadshow dedicated to the rediscovery of its historical, cultural and agro-food area of the Terminio-Cervialto. The event, titled "secret dinner at Castagna at the court of King Michael Capozzi", will be dedicated this time to the nineteenth century, which Salza Irpina rhymes, precisely, with Michele Capozzi. In order to expand the work of development of such a product, the fourth stage of the Grand Tour in Irpinia will be developed in conjunction with world-renowned Chestnut Festival, now in its XXXI edition and that will continue Sunday, October 5.
