Head on down to Swingin’ Safari for a Saturday with a difference. Global Footprints & Swingin’ Safari are supporting the build of a school for an orphanage in Uganda, Africa. All proceeds from this event go towards building materials and other items that are needed.
Relax & stroll through the Bohemian Markets, watch the African drums and dancing, enjoy live music throughout the day & evening from a variety of incredible musicians.
There’s food & drink specials to keep your bellies full & bodies hydrated while you unwind and enjoy the atmosphere with your mates, partners and families.
Come along and have a chat to the volunteer as she gets ready to head over on March 28th to make it all happen.
Global Footprints stemmed from a love of travel - its an open, honest, transparent movement that takes part in various projects, travelling to destinations to experience the situations first hand. The aim is to life the lid on the real world & hope that more people feel empowered to leave a lasting footprint in lives who need it most. Previously taking part in their volunteer trip to Sierra Leone, Africa, Global Footprints is again supporting the organisation of Oprhfund on their journey to help more street kids.
OrphFund is a volunteer based organisation helping abandoned, orphaned and vulnerable children around the world, regardless of race or religion.
They run grass root, self sustaining, community projects, that provide shelter, nutrition, health care, support, education and training, ensuring all children have a happy and bright future.
Being purely volunteer based we are proud to ensure that 100% of any donation will reach children living in poverty.
